Return Policy
All products on Mainsci.com are 100% brand new and original, sourced from authorized channels, and are generally free from quality issues. However, in consideration of customer needs, we have established the following return policy. Return requests can typically be submitted within 365 days of receiving the item, excluding items that are “Non-Cancellable/Non-Refundable (NCNR)” or subject to purchase agreements.
How to Return:
- Log in to the member center, click on the return request, fill in the order number and related issue description, and submit the request.
- Send an email with the order number and return request details to [email protected].
Return Conditions:
- A defect report must be provided within 365 days of delivery; requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Product photos must be provided (including packaging, labels, and product surface markings).
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging, with no damage or moisture on the outer packaging.
- Authorization for the return must be obtained.
Refund conditions:
- For returns not due to product defects, shipping costs, customs duties, and other return fees are to be paid by the customer.
- For returns confirmed to have product defects, shipping costs, customs duties, and other return fees will be covered by the seller.
- Mainsci.com will process refunds within 3-5 days after receiving the returned item.
